How long do the products have warranty?
Our products have a 14-days guarantee. If they have manufacturing defects, the amount paid can be returned or the product can be changed.
You will need the payment order that proves the purchase. What you can request:
- exchange of the product with another product, of equal or bigger value.
- refund (which is made in maximum 7 working days)
If, unfortunately, it has signs of wear or damage, we will not be able to do anything.
